How it started
The story
Mental health problems aren’t always obvious. Sometimes they look like loneliness, or like someone who has quietly been forgotten. We kept seeing this across different ages and places.
Ujjyalo means light and asha means hope. The project is about spending real time with people, talking, laughing and doing things together, and about teaching young people that it’s okay to talk about how they feel.
